Fastyshop seller rules

The document describes the daily rules for sellers on Fastyshop: shops, goods, services, orders, communication, returns, restrictions, moderation, and buyer data.

This English translation is provided for user convenience. The Russian text is the primary legal version and prevails if the translation differs from the Russian text. This translation does not create a separate edition of the Rules.

1. Purpose of the rules

These Fastyshop Seller Rules describe the daily operational requirements for sellers, shops, goods, services, orders, communication with buyers, returns, cancellations, checks, and moderation.

The Rules apply to goods and services. They supplement the Fastyshop Seller Agreement and do not replace the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, mandatory consumer rights, the Privacy Policy, the Personal Data Collection and Processing Consent, or the seller's own lawful terms.

Fastyshop provides a SaaS platform and e-commerce infrastructure. Fastyshop is not the seller of the seller's goods or the provider of the seller's services unless a separate scenario expressly states otherwise.

3. Who must comply with the rules

The Rules are binding on the seller profile owner, the seller, the seller's representatives, employees, assistants, contractors, and any persons who access the shop, publish goods or services, process orders, or communicate with buyers on behalf of the seller.

The seller is responsible for the actions of persons to whom the seller gives access to the account, shop, orders, buyer data, or external order communication channels.

It is prohibited to bypass the Rules through another user, a new shop, an external manager, a contractor, a separate account, or moving communication outside the platform.

4. General seller duties

The seller must act lawfully, in good faith, and with due care, publish accurate information, and respect buyer rights, third-party rights, and Fastyshop documents.

The seller is independently responsible for the legality of its business, tax status, fiscal documents, receipts, licenses, permits, certificates, marking, origin of goods, service quality, and other mandatory requirements.

The seller may not use Fastyshop for fraud, buyer deception, spam, illegal goods or services, circumvention of restrictions, personal data violations, third-party rights violations, or actions that harm the platform and users.

5. Seller and shop data

The seller must provide accurate and current profile, legal profile, shop, contact, payment details, communication methods, and operating terms.

When the data changes, the seller must update it without unreasonable delay. False, outdated, or third-party data may lead to a correction request, shop hiding, function limits, verification refusal, or blocking.

Fastyshop may request confirmation of seller data, legal status, the right to dispose of goods, the right to use a brand, certificates, permits, licenses, or other documents.

6. Shop requirements

The shop name, description, logo, photos, design, and public texts must not mislead buyers about the seller, assortment, status, quality, origin of goods, or service terms.

The seller must not use the “Verified” badge as a promise of a Fastyshop guarantee, write that the “shop is verified by Fastyshop”, or otherwise expand the meaning of the badge beyond seller document review without written permission from Fastyshop.

The shop must be filled in so that the buyer understands who sells the good or service, what is offered, how to place an order, how to contact the seller, how to receive the order, and which return, exchange, or cancellation terms apply.

Fastyshop may limit visibility of an incomplete, inaccurate, risky, or outdated shop in the catalog, search, collections, and promotions without fully blocking direct access by link.

7. Publishing goods and services

A published good or service must actually be available for order if the card shows availability. The seller must keep the price, stock, variants, timing, restrictions, and performance terms current.

A good or service card must contain an accurate name, description, price, stock status, key characteristics, material terms, restrictions, warnings, and data needed for an informed buyer choice.

Duplicates, spam cards, intentionally incomplete offers, hidden material terms, third-party photos or texts without rights, counterfeit goods, misleading images, and offers that cannot be fulfilled are prohibited.

The NCG field and its technical statuses in FastyShop help the seller work with a product card but do not determine whether a sale is lawful. An absent value, a value saved with a pending status, or the ability to continue publication does not exempt the seller from applicable requirements and is not permission to sell a good in violation of law.

8. Mandatory information about goods

For goods, the seller must disclose the name, price in tenge, availability, main characteristics, set, size, color, variant, condition if the goods are not new, expiration date if applicable, and safe-use conditions.

If the manufacturer, country of origin, warranty, certificate, permit, marking, age restriction, storage terms, delivery, or pickup is important for the buyer's choice, the seller must provide this information before checkout.

Return, exchange, and cancellation terms must be clear and must not reduce mandatory consumer rights under the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For a good to which NCG legal requirements apply, the seller ensures registration of the good or the availability of information about it in the NCG according to the seller's role as manufacturer, importer, wholesaler, or retailer. The seller specifies and uses the product identifier correctly and verifies that the selected card corresponds to the actual good.

Requirements for services, digital products, cross-border sales, and specific regulated categories are determined by applicable law. The FastyShop interface does not determine that applicability for the seller.

9. Mandatory information about services

For a service, the seller must disclose the name, price or price calculation principle, service scope, performance timing, place or format of performance, buyer requirements, restrictions, contraindications, and safety conditions if applicable.

If a service requires qualification, a license, permit, certificate, or special status of the performer, the seller must have a lawful basis to provide that service and provide confirmation at Fastyshop's request.

The seller must describe in advance the terms for rescheduling, cancellation, refund, confirmation of performance, and communication with the buyer about the service.

10. Price, stock, discounts, and promotions

The price, stock, discount, promotion, promo code, bundle, and any other commercial offer must be current and feasible at the time of publication and order processing.

The seller must not show false discounts, inflate an old price to imitate benefit, attract the buyer with one price and then impose another without a lawful basis.

If goods are out of stock, a service is temporarily unavailable, or terms have changed, the seller must update the card, hide the offer, or promptly agree further steps with the buyer.

11. Prohibited goods, services, and content

Fastyshop prohibits publishing goods, services, materials, and offers that violate the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, buyer rights, third-party rights, Fastyshop documents, or create a material risk to safety and trust.

Fastyshop may hide, delete, or limit an offer, shop, or seller functions if it reasonably considers the good, service, or content risky for the law, buyers, other sellers, infrastructure, or platform reputation.

  • narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, precursors, and related goods;
  • weapons, ammunition, explosives, special means, and dangerous items;
  • pornography, sexual services, human exploitation, and illegal sexual content;
  • goods, services, or materials related to extremism, terrorism, violence, incitement of hatred, or illegal propaganda;
  • fake goods, counterfeit goods, pirated copies, and goods that violate intellectual property rights;
  • stolen goods, goods of illegal origin, or goods without disposal rights;
  • documents, IDs, databases, personal data, accounts, accesses, and other illegally distributed information;
  • medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, financial, credit, investment, insurance, lottery, gambling, and other regulated goods or services without prior approval from Fastyshop and a lawful basis;
  • alcohol, tobacco, nicotine products, vapes, and similar goods unless placement is separately checked and permitted by law and the platform;
  • hazardous chemicals, poisons, toxic materials, and goods requiring special circulation conditions;
  • goods that require mandatory certification, marking, permits, licenses, or age control if the seller has not passed additional verification and Fastyshop has not allowed placement.

12. Regulated goods and services

If a good or service requires a license, permit, certificate, marking, age control, special sale, storage, delivery, or performance conditions, the seller may not publish it without prior approval from Fastyshop.

The absence of prior review by Fastyshop does not mean that a regulated good or service is permitted for sale. The seller is responsible for the legality of placement and performance of the offer.

Fastyshop may request documents, hide a good or service until review, refuse publication, limit the shop, or transfer information to authorized authorities if required by law.

13. Order processing

The seller must regularly check new orders, confirm, reject, or clarify them, keep statuses current, and not ignore the buyer.

If the order cannot be fulfilled, the goods are out of stock, the price has changed, the timing shifts, or terms require clarification, the seller must promptly inform the buyer and agree cancellation, replacement, or further steps.

The seller must not accept an order that it cannot fulfill on the stated terms, or must disclose fulfillment restrictions clearly in advance.

The seller may not place or use self-orders in its own shop to imitate demand, test demand, inflate statistics, create false activity, or bypass platform rules. Fastyshop may technically block checkout in the seller's own shop at the interface or API level.

14. Seller response time

The seller must process orders and inquiries within a reasonable time. Fastyshop's target standard is one business day.

This standard applies to new orders, order questions, cancellation requests, return or exchange inquiries, complaints, and Fastyshop requests.

A one-time response delay does not by itself cause immediate restriction. Systematic delays, ignoring buyers, or repeated complaints may lead to a correction request, visibility limits, hiding goods, disabling promotions, or other measures.

15. Delivery, pickup, and order handover

The seller is responsible for the chosen method of handing the goods to the buyer: delivery, pickup, meeting, third-party shipment, or another agreed method.

The seller must disclose delivery, pickup, or handover terms, cost, timing, restrictions, packaging responsibility, completeness, and actions in case of delay in advance.

If the seller configures delivery methods in Fastyshop, names, descriptions, instructions, cost, and restrictions must be accurate, current, and clear before checkout.

If third-party delivery is used, the seller is responsible for correctly informing the buyer about terms important for receiving the order and for communication in case of delays, damage, or inability to hand over the order.

16. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

The seller is responsible for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and settlements with the buyer. The seller's terms must comply with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan and must not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

The seller must clearly state return, exchange, and cancellation terms for goods and services in advance, review buyer inquiries, and respond within a reasonable time considering Fastyshop's target standard.

For goods, quality, completeness, expiration date, condition, packaging, warranty, and mandatory consumer rights are considered. For services, scope, timing, rescheduling, cancellation, result quality, and confirmation of performance are considered.

Fastyshop may assist with communication, technical logs, and platform measures, but does not act as the seller, a court, an arbitrator, or a person that assumes compensation in a dispute between buyer and seller.

17. Payments, receipts, taxes, and documents

In the current service version, Fastyshop does not accept online payments for sellers' goods. The seller is independently responsible for settlements with the buyer and the selected payment method.

Payment methods in checkout are seller instructions unless a separate Fastyshop online payment function is launched and expressly described in platform documents.

The seller must keep payment instructions accurate and must not present a manual payment method as automatic online payment through Fastyshop.

The seller is independently responsible for fiscal receipts, cash register documents, taxes, accounting documents, payment confirmations, refunds, and other mandatory documents.

The seller must not create an impression for the buyer that Fastyshop issues the receipt, accepts payment, or bears tax obligations for the seller unless a separate payment function is launched and described in platform documents.

18. Communication with buyers

The seller may communicate with the buyer through Fastyshop, WhatsApp, Telegram, phone call, Instagram, social networks, and other channels if the buyer provided the contact, agreed to that format, or the channel is needed to fulfill the order.

Communication must relate to the order, service, delivery, return, exchange, cancellation, support, or a lawful inquiry. The seller must not mislead, insult, pressure, threaten, spam, or impose unordered goods and services on the buyer.

Important agreements about the order, timing, price, return, cancellation, delivery, or changes of terms should be recorded so that they can be confirmed in a dispute or Fastyshop inquiry.

19. Buyers' personal data

The seller receives buyer data only for order processing, order communication, delivery, return, exchange, support, performance of obligations to the buyer, and compliance with legal requirements.

The seller must not use buyer data for third-party marketing without separate consent. Separate promotional messages, mailings, repeat sales outside the current order, and uploading data to external databases require an independent lawful basis.

The seller must not transfer buyer data to third parties without a lawful basis, must limit access within its team, and must notify Fastyshop about a suspected leak, erroneous transfer, or improper use of data.

Link page analytics provides authorised shop users with aggregate view and click counts. It does not provide a visitor list or visitor contact details and is not visitors’ consent to messages, advertising or transfer of order data to the seller. Those activities require their own applicable rules and lawful grounds for processing.

20. Marketing and repeat sales

The seller may use public data of its shop, goods, and services for promotion if such use is lawful and does not violate third-party rights.

Messages to the buyer about the current order, delivery, return, exchange, or support are allowed within the purpose of the inquiry. Separate marketing, advertising mailings, and repeat sales outside the current order require separate consent or another lawful basis.

The seller must not export the buyer base from Fastyshop for third-party mailings, transfer it to external services, or use it for purposes unrelated to the order unless such function and legal basis are separately allowed.

21. Buyer complaints and Fastyshop requests

A buyer may complain about a good, service, shop, seller, order, communication, delivery, return, or other interaction experience.

For questions about a good, service, delivery, payment, return, or exchange, the seller must first answer the buyer in good faith, check order circumstances, and offer a lawful solution within its obligations.

Fastyshop may request explanations, documents, correspondence, performance confirmation, photos, statuses, delivery information, return documents, or other information from the seller that is needed to review the inquiry.

The seller must respond to Fastyshop requests within a reasonable time, must not delete or distort materials about the disputed situation, must not pressure the buyer, and must not move communication only to bypass the review.

Fastyshop may apply platform measures and is not required to disclose all review details if this relates to security, antifraud, personal data, internal signals, or risk of bypassing measures.

22. Shop visibility, catalog, and promotion

Shop publication does not mean automatic inclusion in the public catalog, search, collections, promotions, recommendations, or other Fastyshop surfaces.

Fastyshop may consider shop completeness, number of available goods, verification, category, data quality, complaints, activity, seller status, violation risks, and other reasonable public visibility criteria.

Fastyshop may limit visibility of a shop, good, or service without full blocking. Unless there is a separate restriction, direct access by link may remain even when the shop is not shown on separate public surfaces.

23. Checks, moderation, and document requests

Fastyshop may check the shop, goods, services, documents, public data, seller actions, complaints, technical indicators, and platform use history.

Fastyshop may request confirmation of the seller's identity or status, legal data, right to sell a good or service, license, certificate, permit, origin of goods, order performance, or compliance with legal requirements.

During a check, Fastyshop may hide the disputed good or service, limit shop visibility, suspend specific functions, or request corrections. The seller must cooperate with the check.

General user conduct rules, technical service use, platform circumvention, urgent restrictions, and enforcement measures are described in the Service Rules; these Rules clarify seller duties and consequences.

At FastyShop's request, the seller verifies the specified identifier and selected card, corrects inaccurate or outdated information, and provides supporting documents within the stated period. FastyShop may hide or restrict the disputed good and apply general measures to the shop if required by law, these Rules, or a risk assessment.

Before publishing a link page, the seller checks its content and destination addresses. Changing a destination after a check does not remove the requirements for the link’s content and safety. Moderation restrictions must not be bypassed by changing an address, creating a similar page or redirecting to prohibited content.

24. Correction of violations

For non-critical violations, Fastyshop may give the seller time to correct them. The baseline period is three business days unless Fastyshop states another period in the specific notice.

The seller must correct the violation, update data, hide the disputed good, provide documents, or fulfill another Fastyshop requirement within the stated period and report completion if required.

If a violation is not corrected, repeats, or the seller ignores the request, Fastyshop may apply additional measures: hiding goods, limiting functions, reducing visibility, blocking the shop, or blocking seller functions.

FastyShop does not create NCG cards, assign identifiers, or support obtaining or replacing an XTIN. FastyShop also does not promise continuous automated monitoring, mandatory technical blocking of publication, or automatic removal from publication of every good for which NCG information is absent or has changed.

25. Urgent restrictions without prior notice

Fastyshop may apply restrictions without prior notice if there is a risk of law violation, fraud, security threat, harm to buyers, illegal or regulated goods, personal data leak, mass complaints, circumvention of previously applied measures, or material damage to the platform.

Urgent measures may include hiding a good or service, hiding the shop, limiting functions, suspending seller access, blocking the shop or account, removing promotions, and transferring information to authorized authorities if required by law.

After applying an urgent measure, Fastyshop may notify the seller within a reasonable time if the notice does not interfere with security, the check, antifraud, a lawful request, or prevention of restriction circumvention.

26. Possible Fastyshop measures

Fastyshop selects measures considering the nature of the violation, risk to buyers, the law, the platform, other sellers, seller history, urgency of the situation, and available information.

Measures may be applied step by step or immediately if the situation requires quick response. The existence of softer measures does not mean that Fastyshop must use a warning first.

  • warning or recommendation to correct data;
  • request for documents, explanations, or confirmations;
  • hiding a good, service, category, or shop;
  • limiting visibility in the catalog, search, collections, or promotions;
  • temporary limitation of seller functions;
  • verification refusal or removal of public status;
  • blocking a shop, seller functions, or account;
  • termination of platform access within the limits allowed by law and Fastyshop documents;
  • transfer of information to a court, police, authorized authority, or another person if required or permitted by law.

27. Repeated and systematic violations

Repeated violations may be treated as more serious even if each individual violation is not critical by itself.

Systematic ignoring of orders, complaints, Fastyshop requests, correction periods, data requirements, personal data processing rules, or restrictions may lead to long-term restrictions, shop blocking, or seller-function blocking.

Circumventing restrictions, creating new accounts or shops to continue violations, moving prohibited activity to another shop, or using representatives to bypass measures is prohibited.

28. Seller content and third-party rights

The seller is responsible for rights to photos, videos, logos, names, brands, descriptions, texts, characteristics, reviews, images, designs, documents, and other materials placed in Fastyshop.

The seller must not violate copyrights, trademarks, image rights of people, commercial designations, database rights, business reputation, or other third-party rights.

Fastyshop may hide disputed content, limit its use, or apply measures to the seller. Public shop content may be used by Fastyshop to operate the platform and promote Fastyshop, the shop, or seller goods according to the Seller Agreement.

29. Proof, logs, and action history

Fastyshop may use technical logs, order history, statuses, inquiries, messages, cabinet actions, card changes, moderation data, and other technical information for support, security, violation checks, and protection of Fastyshop rights.

Such data is used within the Privacy Policy, user consents, Fastyshop documents, and applicable law.

Fastyshop may retain part of the data after limiting or terminating access if this is needed for orders, disputes, security, accounting, legal compliance, rights protection, or inquiry processing.

30. Tariff limits and seller access

The seller must use Fastyshop within the active tariff, available limits, and individually agreed terms. Limits may apply to shops, goods, published goods, categories, category depth, photos, storage, delivery methods, payment methods, analytics, and other seller functions.

Reaching a limit does not cancel the seller's obligations for existing orders, returns, buyer communication, taxes, documents, and legal requirements. The seller must continue to perform existing obligations in good faith even if new actions are temporarily limited by the tariff.

If the seller needs larger limits, the seller must use Fastyshop's established process for moving to Plus or agreeing a Personal tariff, not try to bypass restrictions through technical or organizational schemes.

  • create duplicate shops, goods, categories, accounts, or legal profiles only to bypass tariff limits;
  • publish spam cards, fake products, fake stores, or artificial orders to bypass limits, metrics, checks, or tariff terms;
  • move prohibited or over-limit activity to another account, shop, representative, contractor, or external scheme;
  • distort payment, delivery, stock, status, or instruction terms to hide limit overuse or bypass the seller access check;
  • use interface, API, synchronization, or usage accounting errors to obtain functions beyond the active tariff.

31. Acceptance of the rules and updates

This edition, prepared for the launch of link pages, takes effect within a coordinated release after all required service components are ready. No advance preview period is provided for this one-time transition. The passage of a date, opening a document or continued use does not constitute the seller's acceptance of the new edition.

After the edition takes effect, the seller explicitly accepts the new Seller Agreement and Seller Rules through the existing common action. Seller functions, including Home in the cabinet, remain unavailable until acceptance. Continuing under the previous edition as a way to bypass this acceptance is not available.

The documents remain available to read. The seller may decline to accept the new edition, sign out and contact support@fastyshop.kz. Failure to accept does not, by itself, delete previously created pages, data, statistics or records of earlier acceptances.

The seller's acceptance of these documents does not constitute a visitor's consent to analytics. Visitors manage analytics through the existing common consent mechanism; no separate consent solely for link pages is introduced.

This transition applies only to this edition for the launch of link pages. It does not establish a permanent exception for future changes. The National Catalogue of Goods transition provisions below apply only to the historical edition that introduced the NCG.

Historical National Catalogue of Goods transition

The edition of the Rules that introduces terms concerning the National Catalogue of Goods is a material change and requires the seller's explicit renewed acceptance in the FastyShop interface. The new edition of the Rules is published publicly together with the corresponding edition of the Agreement at least 14 calendar days before the earliest date on which they may be activated.

Until the new edition is separately and explicitly activated, the previous edition of the Rules remains mandatory. The new edition may be activated through a separate operation no earlier than the stated earliest activation date. After that operation, the seller accepts the new Agreement and new Rules in one action before continuing to use seller functions. Public publication, consent previously given to another edition, and continued use of the service without a separate action do not replace acceptance of the new edition. Advance acceptance before the edition is separately activated is not required.

33. Contacts and inquiries

The main channel for seller questions about these Rules, restrictions, checks, seller functions, and support is support@fastyshop.kz.

Current public Fastyshop contacts and inquiry categories are available on /contacts. For a dispute, buyer complaint, shop check, privacy question, or security question, use support@fastyshop.kz and specify the inquiry context.

Fastyshop response time depends on the inquiry category, complexity of the check, completeness of provided data, and legal requirements. Urgent inquiries related to security, personal data, fraud, or illegal goods may be processed with priority.
