Change of operator name

The name of the FastyShop operator has changed from Individual Entrepreneur “TSAY” to Individual Entrepreneur “WhiteDog”. The operator is unchanged. The name change does not change the terms of using the service or obligations already undertaken.

The personal data operator’s name has changed from Individual Entrepreneur “TSAY” to Individual Entrepreneur “WhiteDog”. The operator itself, processing purposes, data categories, recipients and processing periods are unchanged. The name change alone does not transfer data to another person or require you to give consent again. Your existing consent remains on its previous terms, and your right to withdraw it is unchanged.

The name of the organizer of Founder Plus 2026 has changed from Individual Entrepreneur “TSAY” to Individual Entrepreneur “WhiteDog”. The organizer is unchanged. Version 2026-08-15 of the promotion terms is unchanged. Existing reservations retain their recorded amount, currency, period, payment deadline and terms version. This notice does not create a new reservation, extend a payment deadline or change eligibility.

You do not need to accept the documents again because of this name change. It does not introduce a new restriction on access to the service.
