1. General
This page explains which cookies and similar technologies Fastyshop uses, why they are needed, and how users can manage consent for analytics and future marketing categories.
The page supplements the Privacy Policy and the cookie consent interface. It does not replace the personal data consent, the shop data transfer consent, or other Fastyshop legal documents.
The Russian text is the primary version for this revision. Kazakh and English versions are provided for user convenience; if meanings differ, the Russian text prevails.
2. What cookies are
Cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies help the site recognize a browser, maintain a secure session, remember settings, and correctly perform actions chosen by the user.
Fastyshop uses cookies within the purposes described on this page, in the Privacy Policy, and in the relevant consent interfaces.
3. Cookie categories
Saving cookie preferences and technically protecting the service are separate from this analytics. Allowing analytics is not permission for sellers to send advertising messages. Third-party analytics processing is also governed by the information about providers actually connected, in this Policy and the Privacy Policy.
Necessary
Necessary cookies are always active because the service cannot run safely without them. They support sessions, CSRF protection, security, language, theme, saved cookie choices, guest cart, and protected linking of a guest order to an account.
These cookies are not used for advertising profiling.
Analytics
Analytics cookies and scripts are enabled only after the user consents to the analytics category.
In its current configuration, Fastyshop uses Google Analytics 4 and its own visit and interaction metrics. Yandex Metrica is not connected. Analytics settings are shared across supported pages; there is no separate consent solely for the link page.
Fastyshop must not intentionally send passwords, full payment data, delivery addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, private form contents, or other sensitive fields to analytics.
Marketing
The marketing category is reserved for future advertising and similar technologies.
As of this revision, Fastyshop does not connect advertising pixels or ad storage as a separate marketing integration. If such integration appears, the consent interface and public documents must be updated before use.
4. Consent management
On the first visit, the user can accept all categories, keep only necessary cookies, or open settings and choose categories separately.
The user can change the choice through the cookie settings action in the public Fastyshop interface. After consent is withdrawn, analytics scripts must not load for new visits unless the user enables analytics again.
Necessary cookies cannot be turned off through the cookie banner because they are required for service operation, security, and actions chosen by the user.
The analytics category also covers first-party link page events: views and clicks on buttons, selected products and contact elements. You can allow or decline this category in cookie settings and change your choice later. Without current consent, these events are not sent; a seller’s consent cannot replace yours, and declining does not prevent ordinary use of an available page.
5. Recording the choice
Fastyshop may record the user's cookie choice: selected categories, related document version, action source, date, language, IP, user-agent, and technical data needed for audit and security.
Backend cookie consent is tied to the current Privacy Policy version. The /cookies page is an explanatory public document and does not by itself change required consent versions.
6. Providers
The Google Analytics property used by the service is configured to retain event data for 2 months and user data for 14 months. New activity resets the retention period for the associated user identifier. These settings do not determine retention of standard aggregated reports or provide a single retention period for Fastyshop data, technical logs or backups.
- Fastyshop — necessary cookies and technical values for the platform, security, cart, checkout, language, theme, and choice evidence.
- Google Analytics 4 — separate web analytics after analytics consent. Enhanced measurement is enabled; Fastyshop calculates the link-page metrics shown in the cabinet. Google Analytics collection, sharing and retention settings are described in the Privacy Policy. Yandex Metrica is not connected in the verified current configuration.
7. Limits and user rights
Refusing analytics or marketing cookies must not block access to core pages and functions unless the relevant function depends on necessary cookies.
Deleting cookies in the browser may reset saved settings, guest cart, or the link between a guest order and the current browser. It does not automatically delete data already lawfully stored in the Fastyshop backend or by the seller for an order.
For questions about personal data, cookie consent, consent withdrawal, or data deletion, users can contact support@fastyshop.kz.
